Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Flux Marketing and MetaSEO, including Hosting Services (friendly hosting, shared hosting, cloud hosting, VPS hosting, and KVM hosting) and Digital Marketing Services.

By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within one (1) day of payment. You must provide a valid reason for the refund request. After this period, refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Non-delivery of services
  • Misrepresentation of services provided

Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction due to issues beyond our control, such as technical challenges caused by third parties or force majeure events.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom digital marketing packages
  • Hosting services (if initiated or delivered)
  • Subscription-based services (once the trial period has ended)

Once work has started on these services, refunds will not be granted unless explicitly agreed otherwise

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel any service at any time by following the cancellation instructions. For cancellations within one (1) day of payment and before service initiation, a full refund may be issued. After service initiation, no refund will be provided for services rendered.

Hosting Services-Specific Refunds

Refunds related to Hosting Services will only be granted if:

  • The hosting environment is not available for more than 48 hours due to issues on our end.
  • There was a misrepresentation of hosting features or resources.

Any disputes about hosting service performance should be directed to our support team, and we'll work to resolve them.

Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us before initiating chargebacks. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension or termination.

Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The most recent version will govern all transactions and disputes.
